David specializes in the representation of corporations and building owners in the acquisition and disposition of Office and R&D properties throughout the Silicon Valley and Peninsula. In addition with Cassidy Turley's impressive international network, David services his clients that require a national and international presence.

David graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
 
Background & Experience
David began his commercial real estate career in 1994 at Cornish & Carey Commercial and was awarded C&C's rookie of the year for his first year in the business. Thereafter, while still at Cornish & Carey Commercial, David was a member of their top performers club every year he worked at C&C.

David joined Cassidy Turley BT Commercial in January of 2007 as an Executive Vice President and the Managing Partner of Cassidy Turley BT Commercial's Palo Alto office and has consistently been honored by Cassidy Turley BT Commercial as a Top Producer. Prior to joining Cassidy Turley BT Commercial, David was a Senior Vice President at Cornish & Carey Commercial in their Palo Alto office.

His competitive background is crucial in today's real estate market. He believes with the challenging real estate market we are faced with requires aggressive negotiation skills to achieve low cost solutions for his clients. Most transactions in which David is involved save thousands or even millions of dollars for his clients by negotiating creative deal structures such as rent abatement, phase-in occupancy, plug and play alternatives, or terminating existing obligations. In conjunction with Cassidy Turley BT Commerical's in-house Corporate Solutions Group, David also provides financial and strategic planning, project management, space planning, and "turn key" solutions for his clients. One advantage his clients appreciate is his experience with young companies, having started up two businesses personally. David understands the needs of growing companies and helps them achieve the flexibility and cost savings needed in today's ever-changing climate.

David is married and resides with his wife and two children in Los Altos Hills, California. He is a scratch golfer that enjoys competition.

In 2006, David was named the ASVB Office Broker of the Year (Association of Silicon Valley Brokers – 720 agents) for his 2005 accomplishments. Dave leased 471,392 square feet and sold 373,380 square feet, totaling $124,253,237 in consideration in 2005 alone.
