Background & Experience

Greg Moss has worked in the real estate industry for 18 years. He joined BT Commercial Real Estate as Managing Partner, North Bay in September 2001. Before joining BT, Greg worked in various roles both as a private owner of real estate and as a senior officer with Jones Lang LaSalle in San Francisco. Prior to merging with LaSalle he was Senior Vice President and Regional Manager with Compass Management and Leasing in San Francisco, responsible for the leasing and operations of over 12 Million feet of office and industrial space throughout the Northwest. Prior to Compass he was an office leasing broker at CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. in San Francisco from 1989 to 1995. Greg has worked extensively with institutional portfolios assisting with project leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions and property management. He has a strong understanding of business issues related to real estate.
