Scope of Service Experience:
Ken Reiff, SIOR and Managing Partner of Cassidy Turley BT Commercial's Sacramento office. With over 18 years in commercial real estate, Ken is consistently a top producer and three-time nominee for Broker of the Year in the Industrial and Land categories by the Sacramento Association of Commercial Real Estate Organization. His diligence and hard work helped him complete several of the largest Industrial leases in the Sacramento Market. Reiff works throughout the Sacramento Valley in industiral sales and leasing, as well as site selection and predevelopment entitlements. Ken has been involved in projects ranging from Rocklin to Fairfield and as for north as Redding, south to Patterson and east to Placerville and Truckee. Throughout his work, Reiff has developed relationships with the local elected officials and planning staffs in each of these communities.

Ken is a graduate of UC Davis, with a degree in Agricultural Management with an emphasis in Viticulture and Enology.
