Michael Copeland has done an exemplary job representing commercial real estate clients over his 25-year career. During his career, Mike has specialized in the sale and leasing of commercial office space in Santa Clara, Alameda and Contra Costa counties. His emphasis has been in representing major tenants and investor/developers in the sale/purchase and leasing of office and R&D space. Since 1985, he has completed over 950 sale and lease transactions totaling over 11,576,400 square feet of space. Additionally, Mike has handled over 40 land and commercial property sales. His total consideration value is in excess of $875 million. In September of 2009, Mike joined Cassidy Turley/BT Commercial as the Managing Partner of its new Pleasanton office.

Mike received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from California State University Northridge (1985). He was a member of the CSUN Matador Football Team and is a life-long member of Sigma Chi Fraternity.
