Background & Experience
Bryan Danforth was born and raised in the South Bay and has lived in Belmont, Palo Alto, and Los Altos. He attended high school at Los Altos High, and then college at the University of Southern California (USC). There he was actively involved in both sports and academics, and achieve the honor of “Renaissance Scholar” for excelling in both of his two diverse majors of Economics and Philosophy. Throughout his college career he attained various internships, the last of which would spark his interest in investment real estate. He worked for The Axiant Group which is a small tenant-rep firm in San Francisco.

Upon graduating in 2006, Bryan joined Marcus & Millichap and entered into their extensive and well respected training program for young agents. He managed to close his first three transactions while still on their training program and less than one year later was awarded the status of “Associate” and was admitted to the “National Multi-Housing Group”. In 2008, he left Marcus & Millichap for BT Commercial as part of a group of 13 agents who, in their first full year at BT, represented over 50% of the brokerage business for apartments from 5 to 100 units in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties (this figure is over double their next closest competitor). In his first three years in the business, Bryan has personally closed over $35 Million in sales of apartments and NNN retail exchanges ranging from 4-plexes to larger apartment complexes worth well over $10,000,000. He has made his mark as a well-known expert in the Mountain View and Palo Alto markets.
