Background & Experience

Richard joined NAI BT in 2009. Prior to NAI BT Richard was recognized as a top producer at Orion Partners Ltd. His real estate experience includes time working in brokerage, as well as real estate development. As an active Sonoma County resident since the early ‘90s, his direct market knowledge and personal business relationships have been a formula for success.
Prior to focusing on real estate exclusively in 2004, Richard spent more than ten years working in corporate sales and marketing in the San Francisco Bay Area with clients ranging from technology and internet start-ups to multi-million dollar public companies and government agencies. Most recently he was Director of Communications for Wink Communications, an interactive television company based in Alameda. Richard’s communications and management experience has directly benefited his clients as he has become an effective project manager and a skilled negotiator.
Richard lives in Rohnert Park with his wife and daughter where he is a Member of the Chamber of Commerce and stays involved in the local community. In his spare time he enjoys coaching his daughter’s youth soccer teams and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at the academy he helped to establish.
